  • Offer development – Due to the supershow being crowded with competition entries from competing stands, we went with a small free gift as an alternate strategy to grow our list of new customers.

  • Activation offer – Register your details to receive a FREE GIFT. People registered what parks they were interested in visiting. Email addresses were required to be provided to receive a tube of NRMA Holiday Parks branded sunscreen, further enforcing our ‘holidaying’ proposition.

Results

  • 55,000 visitors to the show in Sydney and 30,000 to the show in Victoria.

  • Won an award for “Best Stand for State Tourism” at the Victorian show, for our innovative design and popularity with show visitors.

  • 2 winners. 1 winner NSW Supershow, 1 winner VIC Supershow.

  • Received 5433 competition entries from the Sydney show, 3121 in Victoria.

  • Following the shows, opted-in customer details were uploaded to the database for eDM communications & special travel offers.
